December 2022: Tips, eNews & More!
The snow has arrived and holiday spirits are in the air, which means 2022 is almost over. Where did the time go? The holidays are a special time to connect, bond, and reflect. This year, most are finally able to go back to their usual routines and celebrate together with their loved ones, doing fun activities like enjoying hot beverages, spending time outdoors in the snow, or snuggling up by the fireplace.
We would like to take this opportunity to say Thank You to our valued patients for allowing us to take care of your beautiful smiles and oral health. Our patients' well-being is our number one priority and we appreciate your trust in us to provide the best oral care for you and your family.
Given the busy holiday season, don't forget that your dental insurance likely resets at the end of the year. If you have not been in for a hygiene appointment for a while or have some leftover dental work, make sure to maximize your dental benefits by booking an appointment with us.
Please be advised that our office is closed from December 23rd to January 2nd.
We will be open as normal from January 3rd.

Tips for Dental Care when Traveling
Maintaining good oral health while traveling sounds simple enough, but it's very challenging especially if you're super busy, out of your usual routine, or haven't properly prepared. Your oral health can be significantly impacted by a lack of regular routine, in-flight dehydration, and overindulging in particular foods and/or beverages you would normally limit.
Oral health is a vital part of your overall health. Neglecting it can lead to dental health problems such as cavities or gum disease, which can become severe conditions such as oral cancer, diabetes, and a weakened immune system. So you definitely don't want to stop taking care of your teeth just because you're hitting the road, skies, or beaches.
If you're thinking about traveling, it's important to be prepared.
